Victoria Roberts came to call Alaska home when her family moved here in the Air Force in the early 80's. She was settled in Eagle River and went to Chugiak High School, From there she went to a trade school in computers and worked her way to becoming a Realtor in 2004 then to a Broker in 2011.
Victoria prides herself on knowledge and leverage as she has sold real estate in all of our market shifts and knows you have to be on your game and with that is constant education. Victoria prides herself in getting the maximum best results for her clients and to this day learns and grows from each one.
Victoria is a proud mother to awesome blended family of 7 ranging in years and knows the stress of day to day juggles of work, family and moving and prides herself in being able to help make any real estate transaction as smooth as possible no matter where you are in life.
Most of her days are spent with clients, marketing or showing homes, going over their transactions, negotiating and looking over numerous reports such as disclosures, inspections, appraisals and title to safe guard and protect her clients along with looking for any hiccups she can eliminate before it is a issue. She enjoys putting that SOLD sign up for her sellers and handing keys to her clients to their new home. When she is done with that you will find her with her family and enjoying the back yard we call Alaska by camping, hiking or sitting by the fire any thing outdoors to keep the soul going.
Buying a home represents the most significant financial decision most people will ever make during their lifetime. From a person's first home, which often establishes the foundation for future home purchases, to the purchase of the home where they'll spend their senior years, there are definite pitfalls to avoid and suggested steps to take to assist one in making the right decisions.
For example, one of the first mistakes people make is not getting pre-approved or pre-qualified by a bank or lending institution. Sellers and their agents are often skeptical of a prospective buyer's ability to obtain a mortgage loan when the buyer has not been pre-qualified.
When choosing between two comparable offers, or when contemplating countering a buyer's offer, a seller will always look more favorably upon the pre-qualified buyer.Employing the services of a Realtor makes great sense, since navigating through the home purchase process is both complex and fraught with financial dangers.
However, as the buyer, you should have your own Realtor who will be fully committed to representing your best interests.
Therefore, I stand ready to assist you with your home buying needs and look forward to helping you make fiscally safe and sound decisions. I am available to you 24/7 and can be reached via the numbers listed below. Looking forward to speaking with you soon!
