Seneca County Help Me Grow is a program for expectant parents, newborns, infants & toddlers. It offers two different programs for children birth to three which are Home Visiting and Early Intervention. Help Me Grow is a free, voluntary program for children who meet the eligibility criteria. It provides health, parenting skills and developmental services so children start school healthy and ready to learn.
