A little about me. I started cooking as soon as I could reach the stove watching my mother intently full of curiosity. As a teen I worked for a caterer in Madera where I fell in love with serving others. Then I spent 25 years in the food industry where I worked in all aspects of hospitality, fast food, dessert line, full service, catering, multi-store management, and new store development.
In 2008 I decided to attend culinary school, adding formal education to compliment my work experience. As a student I learned and developed classic French skills and techniques, as well as further development of my California Cuisine style of cooking.
In short I am a classically trained chef with over 30 years of hospitality service experience who loves to prepare great food for good people.
