Welcome! Let's do some Q and A! How much do you charge? It depends on the cake! Size, design, decorations, fillings, etc. I want to create fun and delicious cakes affordable for any occasion. So let’s talk about your idea and we will go from there. What flavors do you have? I have chocolate, vanilla, carrot, red velvet and strawberry cakes. For frostings, I make vanilla buttercream, chocolate buttercream, cream cheese, chocolate ganache, and fondant. And then I have some special cupcake creations such as peanut butter cup, oreo or snickerdoodle! And if I haven’t named your favorite yet, just ask! When should I order a cake? I only take a limited number of clients per week so as soon as you know your date, let me know! You can send me a picture of what you want or tell me an idea and I can suggest some different options. How long have you been doing cakes? My mom started teaching me when I was 15 and her mom taught her. I’ve always loved doing cakes for family and friends. In the past few years I took more decorating courses from Wilton’s and found I truly love it! My company officially started in March 2017 so yes, I’m a new professional and I’m eager for the chance to be creative!
