Knoxville Leadership Foundation

Knoxville Leadership Foundation was founded in 1994 upon the belief that our city has the resources necessary to meet the needs of our communities and the people in them. As a faith-based, entrepreneurial nonprofit, KLF connects human and financial resources to address evolving unmet needs. KLF leads through collaboration, capacity-building and the creation of programs that currently focus on four strategic areas:
*mentoring youth and families
*empowering the unemployed
*strengthening other nonprofit organizations
*improving housing conditions for low-income individuals and families.

Our work is accomplished by:
*Connecting those in need with the resources they need to thrive.
*Promoting collaboration among groups to yield the greatest results.
*Creating programs where needs are not being met.
*Assisting groups in building capacity to increase their ability to serve.

KLF strives to bring healthy and holistic change to the greater Knoxville area.
