FLYY consulting services include providing customized wilderness expedition programs, and professional development trainings which include: teambuilding and leadership development, restorative justice dialogue & communication skill building, and restorative justice-based professional facilitation. Through these services, FLYY helps Native American tribes, groups, and/or organizations elevate their work with high-risk teens, young adults, and families struggling with substance abuse, emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues.
FLYY also conducts a local community care program called Flight. Services consist of mentoring, psychosocial rehabilitation, therapy for individuals and families, and restorative justice dialogue & communication skill building. Through Flight, FLYY helps youth, young adults, and families on a variety of issues that include: trauma, depression, anger, anxiety, strained family communication, self-harm, suicidal ideation, adoption, and LGBTQ issues. Flight staff helps in teaching and role modeling (and is not limited to): new coping skills, mindfulness, distress tolerance, maintaining healthy relationships, and anger management. Many people helped by FLYY are marginalized, overlooked, and not effectively reached by or able to access existing community resources.
