In 2014, duPont Registry revised its car-buying website dupontregistry.com to improve convenience for buyers of expensive cars.
The original idea was conceived and delivered to Thomas L. duPont by Steven B. Chapman and Clinton W. Sly. Thomas duPont bought one-third of the company and he provided the initial funding.
