Owners need to step up and tell the players "While your on my payroll your going to stand during the anthem and act like a man."
The Packers now back protesting the anthem. I dont want to support the team anymore. My view on National Anthem protesters:So many people are also boycotting.I personally want to see cups raining down from the stands and boos and jeers from the fans . I want to see fans fighting back. Also i want to see an amendment to the constitution to state that you can by your choice stand, salute, hand on heart, or (amendment) kneel in silent prayer or raise a hand. Then its not a protest anymore.I want companies who endorse these idiots to drop them. They are not atheletes when they get paid all that money. In reality they are employees of a company.Any company who endorses people who spit on my father's grave is not a company I want to do buisness with.I love sport but i dont have to buy the merchandise. While i fully respect and promote a persons solomn right to protest and such, i dont not support insulting myself or other veterens and patriots and our forefathers.Just like I say at concerts, Shut the hell up and play the guitar, i say Shut the hell up and play the game.I do not appreciate or condone poor sportsmanship.
Is it hypocritical to make a living of let of covering football and then say you think the game is too dangerous and wouldn't let your kid play?
I had been boycotting the NFL on behalf of #7 but will now watch to see the players exercise the 1st amendment rights to which they are entitled
BOYCOTT THE ADVERTISERS - THAT IS WHERE THE $$ COMES FROM: BOYCOTT CBS, FORD, PUBLIX, SLING TV, YAHOO AND ALL THE OTHER ADVERTISERS AND KEEP PUTTING IT ON SOCIAL MEDIA - THIS WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION !!!!!
I will not be watching the NFL the rest of the year. The players have a right to protest, but so do I. Good luck NFL. No fans, no viewers equals less revenue.
I have an idea. How about instead of kneeling for something they don't understand they stand in line to be a police officer and fix the so called problem. There are departments all over this country with vacancies needing to be filled.
With the CTE issues coming to light. The NFL will eventually fade away. They will continue to lose lawsuits. Colleges and high schools will not be able to afford the liability. Last but not least, responsible parents will not let their kids play and risk brain trauma!
