Beauregard is one of those people who is educated Beyond his own natural intelligence. His family got him into some very good colleges and allowed him to enter into public life in a state where a dog rescued from a dumpster fire could win an election as long as he ran as a Republican period but you can take the boy out of the trailer park you just can't take the trailer park out of the boy
It's not just some islands in the Pacific. It's a State. It's not just some Judge. He's the Federal Judge for the District of Hawaii.
One would assume the Attorney General would know how the law works.
Its. Cute how Jeff sessions. Can believe in states rights When it comes to marginalizing its own population, when it comes to over incarceration. Its funny how states rights matter when it comes to fighting for segregation or oppressing voters (primarily of color). But when it comes to an elected official in a U.S. state standing up and fighting the federal government while it perpetrates actual over reach in an unconstitutional manner. Everyone must sit down and shut up. Jeff session does not believe in the constitution. Jeff sessions does not believe in the rule of law. All he cares about is power and that people should listen to and obey Jeff sessions. He is a fool and a bigot and we the people see right through him.
Like Trump, his supporters and his appointees, Sessions is a vestigial racist organ slowly evolving off of our nation's body. My hope is that when my kids are grown, this type of bigotry will be gone. These thugs had to cheat to get where they are and will hopefully be going down in a massive, scandalous, treasonous blaze of glory. Can't wait to watch.
"I really am amazed that a judge sitting on an island in the Pacific can issue an order that stops the president of the United States from what appears to be clearly his statutory and constitutional power" (Jeff Sessions)
Well, I am amazed that you don't seem to understand how our legal system works, balance of power, and that we have a President not a king- especially considering the job you currently hold.
"The point, however," said the majority of Americans to the Justice Department, "is that there is a problem when a flawed set of morals by a single, racist, drug war dinosaur can, in the perspective of many, unconstitutionally enact the awful exercise of civil forfeiture to get his corrupt little rocks off while simultaneously helping his friends running private prisons."
His explanation/excuse for his remark is pathetic at best. But, here is my question for those who support the Muslim ban: one of the justifications for the ban was that it was only temporary. 90 days to put the new vetting process in place. It has been more than 90 days since the EO was originally signed, is that process in place? Is the process so delicate that it cannot be designed and implemented unless the travelers from this countries have been barred from entry first?
Nobody cares what you think, Sessions. Like the rest of this circus, you are not thoughtful in your words, disrespectful and inaccurate in your statements, and hateful as a human being!!!
Wait...Sessions is from Alabama right?
Other than George Washington Carver we are talking about a place known for slavery, terrorists who kill little girls in churches and hominy grits.
Is this pig serious?
Here's the deal, it's called State's Rights. All of these guys say they support the Civil War for its fight for State's Rights, yet oppose States when they exercise that right. Hmmmm.
