Come see me at Sullivan Superstore Chrysler/GM for a great deal on a new and/or preowned vehicle. We have 2017's on the lot that have up to $10,000 off and some of the best pricing on preowned vehicles in the state!
“Under Missouri law, consumers purchasing vehicles do not legally own those vehicles until they have the titles signed over to them, in their possession,” he said. “Even if a consumer pays for the car and drives it away, he or she does not own that car without a title. Missourians should not complete a vehicle purchase unless they will have the title when they drive that vehicle off the lot.”
The sad part is the title part probably not even his fault..the auction gives sellers 30 days to bring a title in after a deal is made..very frustrating title should be there when with the car it would save alot of headache..but granny made my day
Mountain top motors in Winfield is a great place to buy a vehicle for those looking. We bought our truck there and So far couldn't be happier with the purchase and service we received
Jenna Niffen - too bad there is no recompense for people who had to give $500 extra to get titles they should have had in the first place.
Don't get me wrong...I'm glad they are no longer allowed to sell cars and that many will get their titles despite their devious deeds... but my big question is WHY on earth would you buy a car without them giving you the title at the time of the sale? They are suppose to give you a signed over title at the conclusion of the sale! I would of asked them to give me a signed title right now or give me my money back right now.
It's awful that people feel the need to hurt others financially because they are in a bad position themselves. I hope all these clients get their titles. It is no fault these thieves didn't pay the banks.
