What I don't get is he was deported twice and came back twice illegally and yet he has never applied for citizenship. Also looks like his oldest child is more than 5 so he had a good reason to apply for citizenship the first time he got deported. Don't feel bad.
They can all go. He didn't bother to become a US citizen and must learn the consequences. Sorry, but there are LAWS that we all must follow.
Well that just means he had "all his life" to get documented... No sympathy here... especially if he has enough money to have 5 kids and support them.
I don't know how these people get here with out documents my grandparents cane to this country and became citizens learned English an e no one gave them anything. It's a shame for this man but if he is a professor how did he get the job don't you need a driver's licence or social security card or green card
Amazing the people that believe you just fill out an application and boom your a citizen. Let's not take into account money, time and all the other red tape to go through. Not to mention even after you pay and wait. It don't mean you will get papers. $75,000 later , 5 kids and my husband got deported with no criminal record. So...plenty of reason so many don't try to become legal.
It's sad but a fact he put his children in this situation he had to know that the time would come and it would come down harder on these young ones . He's a jerk making them suffer
So many opinions and many of them from the comments didn't even read the article. Shame on them. I get having an opinion but just posting hateful comments that prove you didn't read the article just make you look like idiots
We live in a world of people that believe they are christen, who don't read their bible, everybody was created by one God, the Pledge of Allegiance read One Nation under God, if you have another God, go to the world that he built
The law states that if you reenter the United States after being removed or deported, that is a felony offense. This guy Jesus Berrones has what looks like two strikes. He will never get back in.
this is so sad....I just don't understand why so many never did what they needed to become citizens. my grandparents came from Europe in the early 1900's, met each other and raised a family. my dad often said how proud they were to be US citizens.
